About these terms

These terms apply to thecorsairvibe.com, run by Corsair Vibe. By using the site, downloading a free track or buying a licence, you agree to them. Questions: thecorsairvibe@gmail.com.

Beats and licences

All beats on this site are owned by Corsair Vibe. Buying a licence gives you the right to use a beat within the limits of that licence (number of copies and streams, files included, term), as described on the Licensing page and in the licence agreement you receive as a PDF. Leases are non-exclusive: the same beat can be licensed to other artists until exclusive rights are sold.

Free downloads

Free downloads are tagged MP3 files (192 kbps) for writing, demos and non-profit use. If you post a song made on a free download, credit “(prod. Corsair Vibe)” in the title. To release a song commercially, monetise it or distribute it to streaming services, you need a licence.

What you may not do

• Resell, share or give away the beats or the files you received, with or without changes.
• Claim a beat as your own work, or register the beat itself (without your vocals) with Content ID, a publishing administrator or a distributor.
• Remove the voice tag from a free download and use it as if it were licensed.
• Use the site to break the law, send spam or attack the site.

Payments and coupons

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by PayPal. Coupon codes are valid only within their stated conditions and time limits and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refunds

Licences are digital goods delivered immediately after payment, so sales are final. If a file is damaged, you were charged twice or you did not receive your files, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we will fix it or refund you.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email us with the details and we will look into it promptly.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working and the files correct, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
